Cleopatra Mseka-Abbey is a Transformation Enthusiast, Change Programme Manager and PMO Consultant & Trainer. She was previously an Authorised Training Organisation (ATO) for P3GQA in London, Authorized instructor and business partner for PMO Global Institute (PMOGI) in USA and also an Authorised trainer for HCMBOK Change Management in Brazil through Tribal Change Consulting in Johannesburg. Her passion is drawn from a consulting career of 19 years delivering 55+ projects and programmes across clients in several countries including in Zambia, France, UAE, UK, Lebanon, USA, Ghana, Kenya, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Tanzania, Nigeria for digital transformation, process improvement and restructuring engagements.

She has set up and led Change Management offices and guided adoption for 22+ system implementations for banks, financial services, retail, public sector including ERP, ECM, Core Banking, CRM, New Product Development, Tax Administration, Pensions, Customer Web Portals, Insurance, and HR Systems. She is Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) by the Association of Change Management Practitioners, Certified HCMBOK, Certified HCMP Expert, and Certified HCMBOK to Agile—affirming her multifaceted approach to human-centred change. She is also certified in CB-PMO, CA-PMO, and P3GP well equipped to integrate PMO with CMO.
